MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) last week launched a free solar charging station for e-bikes and e-scooters to encourage the public to use alternative modes of transportation amid the surging cost of fuel products.
Due to the continuous increase in fuel prices in the country, many people have affected and as a result, some commuters prefer to use electric vehicles for their transportation. MMDA wants to help thousands of electric bike commuter by build an solar electric charging station in the city.
