Recently the company released a list of outstanding employees and a team of the year for the entire company. NWOW gave value to all employees who inserted extra effort into their job; some of the employees received a certificate and awards from the management to boost their determination to continue and established an example for colleagues at work.
The company has a yearly evaluation period for the entire employees, teams, and branches to assess and analyze the effort of each employee or team, management does this for a year to give inspiration and ideas to those new employees to encourage them to give their best effort and recognized by the management.
Management continues this kind of awarding to encourage more and help the employee to show their skills and talents for their growth and for their own development.
