Marketing Team together with Public Relations Team attended the 10th Electric Vehicle Summit Philippines in SMX Convention Center Manila at Mall of Asia Complex, Seashell Ln, Pasay which aims to spread the news and to show the advance technology with it comes to Electric Vehicle and Charging Station.
The first part of this event is the awarding of Individuals, Institutions, and Organizations that contribute to advocating Electric Vehicles in the Philippines and all the people who became a part of and joined in the formation of EVIDA-IRR. The said event also tackles the Global trends and issues that Electric Vehicle manufacturers face today. Certain questions are asked, "What is the struggle that the Philippines are facing right now in Electric Vehicles? The Technology or the regulation?" truly, the Philippines are quick in adapting technology however, the challenges are in the regulations and laws that needed to fully adapt the green mobility in Southeast Asia, specifically in the Philippines. Which is the main reason that the EVIDA kept on pushing through. The said regulation benefits the Electric Vehicle Stakeholders. The consumers, The Manufacturers and/or Distributors of Electric Vehicles and Charging Stations, and the investors. As mentioned, many windows of opportunity will open once the EVIDA has been implemented especially for consumers and investors. Aside from the EVIDA Law CREVI or the Comprehensive Roadmap for the Electric Vehicle Industry are discussed this is the national development plan for the entire EV industry.
On the Second day of the event, they discussed the ASEAN CENTER FOR ENERGY- Asean Federation of Electric Vehicle Association (AFEVA) Policy Dialogue together with the different presidents of electric vehicles in Malaysia and Thailand they discuss how easily spread the growing quantity of electric vehicle and how fast the technology and government adopt the Electric Vehicle in a different country. Most of the biggest exhibitors in this event are presenting their plans for Electric Vehicles in the future like Hyundai, Chery, Dongfeng, Nissan, Mitsubishi Motor, and many more.
