1. Step on the foot brake then check if the foot brake goes up to the same position before you step on it.
*** IF NOT GO BACK ASK FOR HOME SERVICE
2. IF THE FOOT BRAKE GOES BACK
a) Do not turn off the e-bike go at the back of the bike and check the brake lights if it was turn on.
b) If it was off bus still not move call the nearest branch for home service
3. IF THE LIGHT ARE ON
a) Below the foot brake there is a switch remove it and see if the brake light will turn off.
4. IF IT WORK OR STILL IT, BRING THE UNIT TO THE NEAREST STORE TO CHECK OR ASK FOR SERVICE FOR YOUR SAFETY
