On January 14, 2025, NWOW proudly graced and supported the Cityhood and Founding Anniversary of Carmona City. The celebration kicked off with the 27th Loyola Cup Golf Tournament, marking the beginning of nine days filled with exciting activities.
In addition to celebrating the Cityhood and Founding Anniversary, Carmona will also hold its Sorteo Festival, which takes place every three years. This festival honors the tradition of drawing lots to distribute communal lands to farmers and celebrates Carmona's origins as an agrarian town.
Proceeds from the golf tournament will be directed to the scholars of the Angelo L. Loyola Foundation Inc., also benefiting individuals with disabilities and other deserving causes. The foundation aims to reach and assist more individuals in need, helping them achieve their dreams.
The activities and programs during the celebration focus on various initiatives and causes that address significant social and national issues within the city. NWOW supports these gallant efforts to encourage and foster sustainable and progressive growth for the future.
