The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), a quasi-judicial agency attached to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), mandated to adjudicate labor and management disputes involving both local and overseas workers through compulsory arbitration and alternative modes of dispute resolution. This agency helps every company or individual to lighten up how to handle and deal labor and employment Proceedings with good integrity. The goal of the company for this is to reduce the rate of complaints and miscommunication between both parties.

The aim of this seminar is to all establishment to expand their knowledge regarding with the law of each cases happened in every company based on the Philippine law of labor.‍‍
