Due to the rapid case of missing e-bikes, We Advise our customers that if ever your unit has been stolen, IMMEDIATELY REPORT it to the POLICE and to NWOW Authorized Dealer. Many of our client rapidly increases the total no of unit stoled on their places.
No guarantee that the unit will be back but it will be raising awareness to other branches that if ever your unit will get service it will be tracked down and behold.
To avoid this thing to happen, we advise you to "NOT REMOVE or TURN OFF your unit's Security Alarm"
